Class Notes: This session features cocktails with refreshing herbs and light spices, apple brandy, and more. Learn the history of bitters and what makes them so important to the development and evolution of cocktails.

You will also enjoy pre packaged catering from our friends at Peg Leg Porker as well as a complimentary crudités and assorted sides.

The Fine Print:

Make sure to bring your photo ID as you will not be permitted to take the class without it. Our doors open at 6PM. We start class promptly at 6:30PM.

To better serve you, please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies or non-alcoholic substitutes you desire.

Sorry, no alcohol substitutions! We’re hoping you walk away with a new favorite drink by the end of the night.

If you are in a group larger than 4, please provide the number of people in your group and a designated name so that we can better accommodate you. Due to social distancing guidelines we ask that you please let us know the size of your group so we can seat you all together. If we do not know ahead of time we cannot guarantee seats near each other.

Liquor Lab does not allow any outside food or beverage. Liquor Lab reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears or acknowledges to be intoxicated.
