CLASSIC WHISKEY COCKTAIL RECIPES
APRICOT CINNAMON SOUR
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Apricot Cinnamon Syrup
Bring 12oz of Apricot Nectar to a boil with 2 Cinnamon Sticks. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon. Mix 1 part Apricot juice with 1 part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain into a coupe glass.
• Garnish and enjoy.
BLACKBERRY MULE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup
Bring 1 part Blackberries and 1 part Water to a boil. Strain. Mix 1 part "blackberry tea" with 1 part White Sugar until dissolved.
2 oz Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to shaker (except Ginger Beer).
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over ice in a collins glass.
• Garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice skewer.
RYA MANHATTAN
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Add ice.
• Stir 20 sec. until cold.
• Strain into an empty coupe glass.
• Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
